Documents for submitting a project proposal

A comprehensive project proposal includes at least a fully and correctly filled in project template, a completed project budget, a logical framework and timeline, a statement on honour (enterprise in difficulties), and in the case of knowledge or research institutions, a statement of fulfillment of Organization for Research and Knowledge Dissemination criteria.

Documents for demonstration project

For demonstration projects, your project proposal had to be registered no later than 26 April 2024 at 2:00 PM CEST via the project portal of the Flanders International Climate Action Programme. If you haven’t registered your project proposal on time, it won’t be possible to submit a project this year. Your complete project proposal must be submitted no later than 21 June 2024 at 10:00 AM CEST.
